Faculty of Economics UNSOED Expand Cooperation to Thailand

Faculty of Economics Unsoed delegation led by Dean of the Faculty of Economics Dr.Pramod Hariadi, MS on 19 November 2013 to 22 November 2013 visited four universities in Thailand include Burapha University ( BUU ) , Dhurakij Pundit University ( BPU ) , Sripatum University ( SPU ) and Assumption University ( AU ) .

The purpose of this visit is to explore cooperation and to deepen cooperation for universities that have done a cooperation agreement ( MOU ) with Unsoed. Burapha University , a state university in Chonburi , about 100 km from Bangkok , has done a cooperation agreement with UNSOED so the visit was conducted to follow up the talks agreed MOU . As for the other 3 universities namely Dhurakij Pundit University ( DPU ), Sripatum University ( SPU ) and Assumption University ( AU ) are all located in the city of Bangkok , and yet has a cooperation agreement with Unsoed . For that reason in this visit a discussion about the various things that allow it to do with the principle of mutual cooperation for both parties .

Talks with all four of the university held a positive signal for real cooperation with Faculty of Economics Unsoed . Besides the administrative activities that must be tackled immediately as The signing of Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU ) and Memorandum of Agreement ( MOA ) , has been explored in the talks for cooperation in the field of staff exchange , student exchange , dual degree , joint conferences and joint research .

The visit is expected to encourage the Faculty of Economics Unsoed to be faster in the international faculty , in accordance with the positioning UNSOED as World Class Civic University .
