Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) student successfully passed the selection to take part in the Website and Data Internship Program apprenticeship program held in collaboration between the Cooperative Innovation Hub/Cooperative and SME Laboratory FEB UNSOED with the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) or the World Cooperative Alliance based in Brussels, Belgium. Farzuqna Risfa Amanda, Student of Economic Development Studies (IESP) FEB Unsoed successfully passed the selection after following various stages.
This 2017 IESP student did not just pass the apprenticeship selection, it turned out that after participating in the interview selection, she was also immediately offered to extend the internship from 3 months to 1 year and received a reward to Seoul to attend the cooperative International Congress at the end of this year.
Amanda said that for her every selection stage was full of challenges, especially during the interview selection. “The selection process itself is very challenging because the interviewees are also native speakers, so when I passed the first interview I was shocked and after that I got a pass email for the last interview,” he said. When contacted, it turned out that after passing the last interview, Amanda would make the best of her internship opportunity at this international organization.
Internships are carried out online through the zoom meeting platform and skype. “Currently, the training has started,” he said. Through this program Amanda hopes to increase her capacity. “Of course she is very happy and will make the best of this opportunity,” he explained. He also hopes that in the future more UNSOED students will be able to take part in experiences abroad so that they can become increasingly competitive graduates.
