MoU Signing Between FEB UNSOED and KPKNL Purwokerto

On Friday, 18 June 2021, the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University and the Purwokerto State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) in the Senate Meeting Room of FEB Unsoed, as a follow-up step to the signing of the MOU between Jenderal Soedirman University with the Head of the DJKN Regional Office for Central Java and DIY on April 6, 2021. Both parties agreed to cooperate in the fields of education, research and community service as well as improving the quality of human resources.

In his remarks, the Head of the Purwokerto KPKNL said “the signing of this cooperation agreement is one of the efforts in order to improve the quality of learning and the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the KPKNL including in terms of public relations, assignment of experts and development of human resources”. Goes to Campus as a communication channel for the younger generation regarding issues related to the state budget and the benefits of state wealth, he continued.

Followed by the remarks of the Dean of FEB Unsoed, it was stated that “this collaboration supports the MBKM program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, where Universities must collaborate with institutions and companies for student Internship Activities / Field Work Practices (PKL) / Practical Work (KP) as one of the assessments of the Key Performance Indicators”.

With this collaboration, it is hoped that its implementation can improve the quality of higher education, in the current era, collaboration with universities is important to prepare students who are ready to use. Graduates who have competence and have qualifications according to industry needs. For this reason, universities must actively collaborate with various agencies, companies or educational institutions with the aim of improving the performance and quality of higher education.
