The Quality Assurance Unit of FEB Unsoed, in collaboration with the survey team, has conducted a satisfaction survey of lecturers, education staff, students, and partners towards management services, student services, HR management services, financial management services, facilities and infrastructure, education delivery services, research, and community service services on society. In general, the survey results show that the satisfaction level of lecturers, education staff, students, and partners is dominated by satisfied and very satisfied. Meanwhile, several things that fall into being dissatisfied and quite satisfied are used as the basis for future policies.
